Tracy Grimshaw knocked unconscious

A "significant hit on her head" left Channel Nine presenter and journalist Tracy Grimshaw unconscious after she was thrown from her horse at a north Sydney property on Thursday morning.
The A Current Affair host was flown by a CareFlight helicopter to Westmead Hospital, where she remained under observation on Thursday afternoon.
"She landed heavily on her head and had been unconscious," a CareFlight spokesman said.

The spokesman said she had regained consciousness before the helicopter arrived but had been disoriented.
A Channel Nine spokesman said: "She is fine, but still under observation".
"The ACA team and everyone at Nine wish her a speedy recovery."
