A teenage boy is fighting for his life in a Sydney hospital after reportedly falling several storeys down a stairwell at a central Sydney building.
The 13-year-old has been taken to the Sydney Children's Hospital in a critical condition after the incident at the Queen Victoria Building, police say.
The four-storey internal stairwell has been closed by police, who wouldn't comment on the incident.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is under way.
